WESTERN PACIFIC ORGANIZES INTERNAL TRAINING ON EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER PERSUASION SKILLS

On April 5th, Western Pacific organized an internal training program themed “Effective Customer Persuasion Skills.”

On April 5th, the leadership and all members of Western Pacific from both the North and South regions had the opportunity to participate in an internal training program on "Effective Customer Persuasion Skills," organized in collaboration with the FPT School of Business & Technology (FSB).

During the session, Western Pacific staff were introduced to foundational knowledge on the art of persuasion and understanding customer psychology as well as techniques for effective communication.

In addition, the training program fostered a sense of unity and a positive atmosphere through group exercises and engaging real-life simulations, enabling employees to experience, critique and practice on the spot.

This training aimed to enhance the team's professional communication skills, while also reflecting the long-term commitment of Western Pacific’s leadership to providing opportunities for all employees, regardless of their position or department, to proactively learn and apply essential skills in their work.

Looking ahead, Western Pacific plans to expand its training programs with various other exciting topics to further develop soft skills and knowledge for the entire team, contributing to a dynamic and professional working environment.

Western Pacific extends its sincere gratitude to FSB Institute and the lecturers for their valuable contributions to the "Effective Customer Persuasion Skills" training program.
