The provincial planning of Ha Nam for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, has been approved by the Prime Minister, clearly defining the goal to develop Ha Nam into a prosperous and civilized province, becoming a high-tech industrial center of the Red River Delta.
Located at the gateway to Hanoi, with synchronized transportation systems, complete infrastructure, and comprehensive regional connectivity, Ha Nam is progressively transforming into one of the fastest urbanizing provinces nationwide, attracting numerous domestic and international investors.

Clear Economic and Social Development Goals

By 2035, Ha Nam aims to elevate to a centrally governed city. Duy Tien town is designated as the economic hub for industry and services in the northern part of the province, envisioned as a Grade III urban town under provincial administration, civilized, and sustainable development by 2025.

Each plan outlined by Ha Nam province has specific milestones set for 5 years, 10 years, and 20 years, known as the "golden phase." The real estate market in Ha Nam is currently deemed a golden opportunity for investment.

Improving the Investment Environment

Ha Nam province actively innovates its investment promotion methods, engaging with investors proactively, flexibly, and strategically to significantly enhance the effectiveness of investment attraction, particularly foreign direct investment (FDI).

In recent years, the province has vigorously implemented policies to attract investment, focusing on improving administrative procedures, transparency in investment and business environments, facilitating investors to explore, research, and implement projects within the province. Notably, the provincial government has effectively utilized opportunities, establishing relationships with consulting organizations and major corporations to promote and attract investments.

Since the beginning of 2024, Ha Nam province has intensified its introduction and promotion of investment environments in industrial zones to developed economies such as Japan, South Korea, European countries, and the United States. The province particularly focuses on attracting investments in its key strengths including high-tech industries, information technology, electronics, automation, supporting industries, and workforce training. Many investors have highly evaluated the province's investment environment, especially its mechanisms and policies for investment attraction, as well as its potential and advantages in transportation infrastructure, geographical location, and human resources.

Attraction from Transportation Infrastructure

To drive socio-economic development, Ha Nam province is concentrating resources on investing in road infrastructure to create efficient and synchronized connections with other provinces and cities nationwide.

A prominent highlight is the provincial transportation system, notably the Phap Van - Ninh Binh expressway, which links with provinces such as Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh, forming part of the North-South expressway system.

Additionally, the connecting road between the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressways and the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway, passing through Ha Nam and Hung Yen provinces, has been effectively operational, enhancing connectivity between industrial zones and clusters in both provinces with the Hai Phong port, Mong Cai international border gate, Noi Bai airport, and more.

The Phu Thu intersection on the North-South highway axis is gradually nearing completion.

From these advantages, Ha Nam's industrial real estate market is emerging as a promising destination for investors, leveraging its strategic location and modern transportation infrastructure. In addition, to achieve the socio-economic development goals across Ha Nam province, provincial leadership is steadfastly committed to improving and enhancing competitive capabilities, creating an investment-friendly environment, and facilitating smooth business operations for enterprises and investors.
