HA NAM SPEEDS UP KEY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
According to the Ha Nam Provincial Planning for the 2021 - 2030 period, with a vision to 2050, Ha Nam will promote the development of a satellite urban chain to leverage the advantages of the Capital region and its connected infrastructure system. A series of key transportation projects have been, are being, and will soon be implemented to create a breakthrough in attracting investment for Ha Nam Province.
