Logistics Industrial Cluster Model (LIC Model)
A comprehensive and optimal solution for investors: A holistic integrated model that combines industrial park infrastructure, logistics infrastructure, and logistics operations.
Typically, imported raw materials have to cover a long distance to reach manufacturing sites and then continue to be transported to warehouses or ports for export. The costs and time involved in these stages significantly escalate logistics expenses, impacting the profitability of businesses. Moreover, traffic congestion leads to delays in delivering goods to customers. This stands as a prevalent weakness in the Vietnamese logistics industry as a whole.
To address this bottleneck, we are pioneering the development of the Logistics Industrial Cluster (LIC), integrating Industrial Park infrastructure, logistics infrastructure, and operational logistics cohesively. Here, all transportation, production, and distribution activities exist within a self-contained ecosystem, solving challenges related to distance, costs, and workforce. Additionally, our projects prioritize environmental protection and human health, with concurrent emphasis on workforce training alongside sustainable community and local economic development.
At the core, we construct the LIC model with advantages in:
- Strategic locations in key areas
- Comprehensive planned infrastructure
- Application of technology and renewable energy
- Development of value-added ecosystems
- Supply chain management optimization
Presently, Western Pacific Group is implementing the LIC model in several pivotal projects such as Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park, Yen Lenh Industrial Cluster,...
