COMPANY TRIP 2026: THE 20-YEAR VOYAGE: SAILING BEYOND LIMITS

From September 17-20, 2026, Western Pacific Group members from both Northern and Southern Vietnam came together in Phu Quoc for a four-day Company Trip, marking a special milestone in the Group’s 20-year journey of growth and development. More than simply a chance to step away from the pace of everyday work, the trip offered everyone the opportunity to reconnect, share meaningful moments, and create lasting memories together.

One of the most memorable experiences of the journey was an evening at Sunset Town, where the group took in the spectacular sunset stretching across the sea. Against a stunning backdrop where ocean, sky, and light came together, Western Pacific Group members enjoyed the Symphony of the Sea show, a vibrant performance blending music, lighting, and dazzling visual effects over the water. As night fell, the Phu Quoc sky lit up with a brilliant fireworks display, bringing an unforgettable evening to a joyful and emotional close.

The energy continued with the Running Man Challenge at VinWonders, where four teams embarked on a series of missions combining friendly competition with close collaboration. Each challenge called for quick thinking, agility, teamwork, and coordination, while creating plenty of unexpected and entertaining moments along the way.

Building on that spirit, the Team Building activities on the beach put physical endurance, determination and team spirit to the test. Under the sun and amid enthusiastic cheers, the teams took on a series of challenges that required seamless coordination, mutual support, and a shared commitment to succeed. Every task was completed not through individual strength alone, but through the collective effort of the entire team, reflecting the strong sense of unity that has accompanied Western Pacific Group throughout its journey of development.

Bringing the series of activities to a close was the Gala Dinner themed “The 20-Year Voyage: Sailing Beyond Limits” - the most reflective and emotional moment of the trip. In a warm and intimate atmosphere, the entire team looked back on two decades filled with significant milestones, challenges overcome, moments of transformation and achievements made possible by the dedication, resilience, and companionship of generations of Western Pacific Group employees.

Every image and every story shared that represented a piece of the journey already travelled. And as the helm was turned toward a new direction, the moment symbolized the transition from Western Pacific Group’s first 20 years into a new voyage - one defined by greater ambitions, higher goals, and a long-term vision for the future.

Carrying forward the spirit of “Sailing Beyond Limits,” the Western Pacific Group vessel will continue to set sail, staying steady through new waves, moving confidently forward, and together reaching new milestones on the journey toward sustainable growth.
