The Western Pacific Group leadership has established the "WPG Bookshelf" to create an environment for book enthusiasts and promote a reading culture.
When asked about the key to success, billionaire Warren Buffett pointed to a stack of books and said, "Read 500 pages like this every day. That's how knowledge works. It builds up, like compound interest. All of you can do it, but I guarantee not many of you will".
With a desire to foster the habit of reading, the Western Pacific Group leadership has established the "WPG Bookshelf" to create an environment for book enthusiasts and promote a reading culture. This initiative helps our staff improve focus, reduce stress, and expand their knowledge and insights.
Currently, the WPG Bookshelf is available at both our Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices, offering a collection of nearly 100 topics covering leadership, self-development, entrepreneurship, and business.
New titles continue to be added to the WPG Bookshelf, and the reading culture has become a beautiful aspect of our corporate culture, receiving enthusiastic participation from Western Pacific-ers.
