ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL LICENSE APPROVAL FOR THE YEN PHONG II-A INDUSTRIAL PARK PROJECT

In accordance with Point đ, Clause 2, Article 47 of the 2020 Environmental Protection Law (Law No. 72/2020/QH14), Western Pacific Group is pleased to inform our valued customers and partners of the following:

Western Pacific Infrastructure Joint Stock Company has officially received the Environmental License Approval under Decision No. 589/GPMT-BTNMT, issued on December 31, 2024, by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, for the project "Investment, Construction, and Business of Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park Infrastructure" (for the completed infrastructure area of 80.27 hectares).

• License validity period: 07 years
• Effective from: December 31, 2024
• Expires on: December 30, 2031
