WESTERN PACIFIC GROUP SUPPORTS BAC NINH PROVINCE IN RECOVERING FROM NATURAL DISASTER DAMAGES

Responding to the call from the Yen Dung Ward Fatherland Front Committee to support local residents affected by recent natural disasters, on the afternoon of October 28, Western Pacific Group presented a donation of 100 million VND to assist the people of Bac Ninh Province in overcoming the aftermath of Typhoon No.10 (Bualoi) and Typhoon No.11 (Matmo).

Attending the handover ceremony were Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc - Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Ward People’s Council; Mr. Phan The Huan - Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee; and representatives from the Ward Fatherland Front Committee. Representing Western Pacific Group was Mr. Le Van Cuong, Regional Representative for Bac Ninh, together with the company’s staff, who personally delivered the donation to the local authorities.

Following the donation handover, the Yen Dung Ward People’s Committee will coordinate with the Ward Fatherland Front Committee to compile the total contributions from organizations, individuals, enterprises in the area and transfer the funds to the Bac Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for proper allocation to households affected by the storms.

Through this contribution, Western Pacific Group wishes to accompany and support the local community in recovering from storm impacts and stabilizing livelihoods. This activity is part of the Group’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment to fostering sustainable development and improving community well-being in the regions where it operates.
