On October 22, Ms. Pham Thi Bich Hue, Chairwoman of the BOD of Western Pacific received the Golden Rose Award 2025.

After more than three months of preliminary selection, evaluation, and rigorous review by the Council, the “Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswomen - Golden Rose Award 2025” has honored 98 exemplary women entrepreneurs for their remarkable achievements in business and their meaningful contributions to the community and society.

With over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry and a keen understanding of market trends, Ms. Pham Thi Bich Hue, founder and Chairwoman of Western Pacific Group, has been a pioneer in developing an industrial and logistics cluster ecosystem in Vietnam. Her strategic vision focuses on the master planning of logistics centers, industrial zones, and clusters in key strategic locations, aiming to optimize supply chains while reducing logistics costs and time.

The Golden Rose Award stands as a testament to Ms. Hue’s strategic vision, resilience, and innovative mindset in business leadership - a woman who dares to think and act boldly, embraces technological transformation, and continuously drives her enterprise forward in the digital era.

Alongside building modern and synchronized infrastructure networks across provinces, Ms. Hue is deeply committed to social welfare initiatives, integrating economic growth with community development.

As one of the few female leaders in the logistics sector - traditionally dominated by men, Ms. Hue not only affirms her leadership excellence but also serves as an inspiring advocate for gender equality and the empowerment of young talents in the business community. She is a frequent speaker and mentor at major forums on economics, entrepreneurship, and logistics, spreading the spirit of innovation and the aspiration of Vietnamese entrepreneurs to rise and thrive.
