LIQUID NATURAL GAS (LNG) - A GREAT NEW FUEL SOURCE

LNG - Liquefied Natural Gas is primarily composed of CH4 - Methane (94.3%), colorless, odorless, non-toxic, and is cooled to -162ºC to convert it into a liquid state. Consequently, its storage capacity is significantly higher than CNG (2.4 times greater)

The outstanding advantages of LNG:

🌿 Environmentally friendly: The energy source has significantly lower emissions into the air compared to fossil fuels like oil or coal. It minimizes pollution and protects the atmosphere.

🌿 Convenient storage: It occupies only 1/600th of the volume compared to air at standard conditions, making LNG easy to store and transport from production to consumption markets.

🌿 Economic efficiency: Using LNG as fuel for transportation, such as trucks and ships, offers potential economic benefits compared to fuel oil and diesel.

🌿 Safe fuel: LNG is cooled at atmospheric pressure, making it safer than liquefied gases at high pressure. It vaporizes rapidly and disperses without leaving residues, thus requiring no environmental cleanup in the event of an LNG spill on water or land.

🌿 Equipment corrosion reduction: LNG is odorless, colorless, non-corrosive, and non-toxic. Equipment remains safer, reducing corrosion or breakdowns, increasing lifespan and efficiency.

🌿 Meeting long-term consumption needs: Utilizing LNG ensures national energy security, provides a stable long-term gas supply, meeting domestic gas consumption needs, especially for power generation.

🌿 Future clean energy: Proven safe for engines, people, and the environment, LNG is the cleanest among fuels, ushering in a new era of clean energy sources for the future.
