On February 5th, Western Pacific Group successfully held the 2025 Kickoff Ceremony at Pan Pacific Hotel Hanoi.

On February 5th, Western Pacific Group successfully held the 2025 Kickoff Ceremony at Pan Pacific Hotel Hanoi, with the participation of the entire leadership team and employees from both the North and South regions. This event was not only the official start of the new year but also an annual tradition of the company, igniting collective spirit and determination to conquer challenges and propel Western Pacific further on our path of growth.

The Kickoff Ceremony was also an opportunity to reflect on the past year and celebrate the remarkable achievements of 2024. In an atmosphere of pride and solemnity, outstanding individuals, leaders, and top-performing teams were honored for their contributions. This recognition served as both a token of appreciation and a source of motivation for all employees to continue striving for excellence and growth in the new year.

One of the highlights of the Kickoff Ceremony was the 2025 Goal Report presented by various departments, along with a strategic summary from the Executive Board. These objectives serve as a guiding compass for action and represent a strong commitment from all departments to work together in building a stronger and more resilient Western Pacific.

Additionally, Western Pacific’s Talent Show brought together vibrant performances, showcasing the unity and enthusiasm of the Western Pacific family. The event was further enlivened by the Lucky Draw, featuring valuable prizes, adding to the excitement and creating an energetic and auspicious start to the new year 2025.
