ISO Training: Advancing Toward an Optimized Management System

As part of the 2026 Kickoff Ceremony held on February 24, Western Pacific Group employees participated in a specialized training session on ISO 9001:2025, delivered by Mr. Nguyen Khac Son, M.A., Senior Management Systems Consultant with over 15 years of experience.

Organizing the training at the very beginning of the year underscores the Group’s commitment to enhancing governance quality and standardizing processes across the organization. Western Pacific Group views talent development as the foundation of sustainable growth and continuously fosters a proactive learning culture, encouraging employees to update their knowledge and strengthen professional competencies.

In addition to the training session, the “Open Talk 60’” program created an open and constructive dialogue between the Board of Directors and employees. The initiative promoted transparency and mutual understanding, while inspiring the team to enhance performance, strengthen adaptability, and confidently pursue the Group’s 2026 development goals.
