On March 2, Western Pacific Group, in collaboration with GIC Vietnam, convened its second system assessment meeting, officially launching the implementation phase of the project titled: “Training, Guidance, Development and Evaluation of Quality and Environmental Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.”

The meeting was attended by representatives from various functional departments as well as consulting experts from GIC. This important milestone aims to assess the current status of the internal management system, review compliance levels and evaluate organizational readiness prior to rolling out ISO standards consistently across the entire system.

During the session, key focus areas included reviewing existing documentation, identifying processes and resource requirements and establishing a detailed implementation roadmap with clear milestones. The overarching objective is to standardize and optimize processes and regulations, ensuring that all operational activities are supported by clear documentation, well-defined responsibilities and transparent procedures.
The concurrent implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 not only aims to enhance management quality, but also demonstrates Western Pacific Group’s strong commitment to sustainable development, environmental risk control and elevating operational standards in line with international best practices.

The project is expected to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, enhance cross-departmental coordination and foster a disciplined, professional working environment ultimately improving the experience and satisfaction of clients and partners alike.

With the close support of GIC Vietnam and the proactive engagement of the entire organization, Western Pacific Group is steadily strengthening its internal governance foundation, laying a solid groundwork for long-term growth and international integration.
