With a strategic location along National Route 38B and in the industrial development center of Ha Nam Province, Yen Lenh Industrial Cluster offers quick connectivity and collaboration opportunities with major markets like Hanoi and the Northern economic zones.

Currently, infrastructure development is progressing as planned, with 10% of the land leveling completed. Main internal roads and technical infrastructure, including electricity, water supply, firefighting systems, and wastewater treatment, are being developed concurrently at Yen Lenh.
