WESTERN PACIFIC TEAM BUILDING 2023 - “BREAK THE LIMIT"

At Western Pacific, we not only prioritize physical well-being but also deeply care about the mental and emotional well-being of our employees. We understand that a positive and joyful spirit serves as a powerful motivator, inspiring each individual to contribute and create value in their work.

For this reason, Western Pacific Team Building 2023 was organized at the end of September in the beautiful coastal city of Ha Long. The event was attended by the Board of Directors and all employees, embarking on a 3-day, 2-night journey at Novotel Ha Long Hotel filled with exciting and dynamic team activities, leaving behind unforgettable memories for all participants.

With the theme “Break the Limit”, the Western Pacific family engaged in team bonding activities on Ha Long Beach, explored Ha Long Bay on a cruise, enjoyed free swimming and kayaking, and participated in internal training sessions—an open space for members to share perspectives and align towards new goals in the future.

The highlight of the journey was the vibrant Gala Dinner, featuring surprise and creative performances from Western Pacific members. The event was a moment to reflect on the journey, light the WPG candle, immerse in exciting mini-games, and conclude the night with a heartfelt group performance, making it an unforgettable evening of emotions and celebration.

This team-building experience has undoubtedly strengthened unity, ignited passion and youthful energy, and provided all employees with renewed motivation to continue conquering new milestones with Western Pacific.
