Ha Nam is rapidly implementing key transportation infrastructure projects with a total budget exceeding 2,000 billion VND. These projects, slated for completion by late 2024 and early 2025, aim not only to address urgent transportation demands but also to foster economic and social development in the region. They are particularly geared towards supporting industrial parks and clusters within the province.

The Ring Road 5 - Capital Region Parallel Route (Phase 1): Spanning 8.4 km with an investment of 1,450 billion VND, this route connects areas adjacent to Hanoi, establishing a critical east-west corridor for Ha Nam. The project will shorten travel times between Ha Nam and neighboring provinces, enhance industrial parks' accessibility to major markets in the Capital Region, attract further investment, and expand production activities.

North and South Frontage Roads of National Highway 38 (Phu Ly - Kim Bang Section): This 6.2 km route, with an investment of 694.61 billion VND, will alleviate congestion and improve traffic flow on National Highway 38 as new industrial parks and urban areas come into operation. Notably, it connects industrial clusters directly to residential areas and inland ports, optimizing supply chains, reducing transportation costs, and boosting competitiveness for businesses within the province.

Infrastructure Upgrades to National Highway 38 (From QL1 to QL21B Interchange): This project strengthens connectivity between key transportation corridors, addressing increasing transportation demands in the area. Upgrades to National Highway 38 will enhance links between major industrial parks and critical freight zones, driving production and exports from the region.

The increasingly complete transportation network in Ha Nam not only shortens inter-regional distances but also unlocks significant opportunities for industry and manufacturing. New routes optimize connectivity between industrial zones, reduce logistics costs, increase productivity, and attract additional foreign investment. This robust infrastructure forms the foundation for Ha Nam to grow into a modern industrial hub, elevating the province's economic standing on the regional map.
